The National Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation recently jointly released the 2026 edition of the Energy Efficiency Labeling Catalog. Under the new regulations, LED luminaires for road and tunnel lighting will be subject to mandatory compliance starting June 1, 2026, while LED products for indoor lighting will take effect on September 1, 2027.
